Join us for a special wellness experience designed for parents, combining movement, expert support, and community—at an unbeatable value.

Class Options

Mat Classes (Prenatal & Postnatal Focus)
Led by a certified doula, two mat classes will be offered:

• 8:30–9:30 AM
• 9:30–10:30 AM

After each one-hour mat class, participants will have time to connect with a certified doula and a pelvic floor therapist for guidance, questions, and support.

Reformer Classes
Choose from three reformer sessions:

• 8:00–9:00 AM
• 9:00–10:00 AM
• 10:00–11:00 AM

Childcare Included
Free childcare is provided during your session by experienced professionals and Montessori experts, allowing you to focus fully on your wellness.
