Join us for a deeply nourishing day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Held at The Garden Studio, Heapey, this special Sunday gathering begins at 10am on Sunday 14th June and offers a full day of rest, movement, healing, and connection.
We’ll start the morning with guided breath work and meditation, helping you regulate your nervous system, clear mental fog, and gently connect to your radiant heart centred energy. From there, you’ll be guided through a combination of somatic and Hatha yoga, both intuitive, body-led practices that supports deep release and embodied awareness through slow, mindful movement.
As the day unfolds, you’ll soften into a restorative yin yoga and reiki session, where long-held postures are combined with subtle energy healing to restore balance and encourage deep relaxation. We’ll then close with a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing soothing vibrations to integrate the day’s work and guide you into profound calm.
Midday, we’ll gather to enjoy a lovingly prepared locally sourced lunch, along with nourishing teas and delicious homemade cakes and sweet treats.
