Amy’s sessions are trauma-informed and intuitively guided, blending sound healing frequencies (think crystal bowls + vibrational instruments) with energetic weaving and gentle intention-setting. Expect a space that’s both expansive and deeply safe — where your body can exhale, your mind can quiet, and your spirit can recalibrate.
