Rise + Align with Mishiah Yoga

Rise and Align is a 7 AM grounding ritual designed to prime your body and mind for presence, clarity, and calm. Every Monday and Friday at Evolve (720 Magnolia Rd, the old school house building in West Ashley), Mishiah guides an embodied practice that opens the joints, awakens circulation, and settles the nervous system through slow, intentional movement, hands-on assists, and breath-led sequencing. Expect a full-body reset that balances strength with receptivity, so you can step into your day clear, connected, and centered in your own rhythm.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Water
Any Props you use in your practice (a limited number of cork blocks will be available fo use)
Optional: The room will be warm, but if you are cold natured, please bring your own blanket for shavasana
