Rise Above is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization based in Seattle, Wa. The mission of Rise Above is to empower, educate, and build resiliency skills for American Indian Youth using sport as a modality. We are inviting youth (ages 5-18) in and around Portland, OR to come out for a FREE basketball clinic.
