Welcome to RISE! A Spring Renewal Workshop/Playshop at Unity Temple of Denver!
Join Cheryl Peterson of Step Inside Hypnotherapy and Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts
as we embrace Spring.
It encourages us to rise, renew, and bloom with new possibilities.
Are you feeling the need to renew your Higher Purpose and transform?
Would you like to connect more deeply with your Higher Self?
Would you like to access and release limiting beliefs that hold you back from moving forward?
We will work and play together to navigate these questions and assist as you access your Higher Self.
Through a Guided Meditation Journey with Jen, and a Group Hypnosis session with Cheryl, we will help you shine a light on limiting beliefs that could be holding you back.
You will learn how to do a short self-hypnosis practice that you can do at home. There will be time for you to journal and share your experience with a small group of amazing individuals within our sacred circle.
The level of transformation is up to you!
