RISE: A Somatic, Sound and Breathwork ExperienceYou can feel when something in your life is ready to shift because where you’ve been no longer fits the same way.
Yet, it is easy to stay in the same patterns, reactions, and loops.
Rise is an opportunity to step out of that and see from a different place.
This experience is designed to move you into clarity, expansion, and a deeper connection to your own direction.
We begin with a 20-minute guided meditation and sound journey, using crystal singing bowls to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into your body. Meditation to help you set your intentions and to arrive fully.
From there, Tracy will guide you through a somatic release journey.
We start slowly with simple, grounded movement. Feeling into the body, not thinking about it.
From that place, the movement builds. Gradually opening into a full-body activation.
Breath deepens, voice comes in, and sound becomes part of the release.
Humming, sighing, and vocal expression support the body in moving what has been held. Tension begins to shift, energy moves, and the body opens in its own way.
Once the body is open and engaged, Sacha will guide you through his Flight of the Eagle breathwork journey.
This is where perspective changes.
You rise above the noise of everyday life and see from a higher vantage point. The eagle brings clarity, spaciousness, and vision. You are no longer inside every reaction. You are able to see your life more clearly and feel into where it is moving.
Insight comes differently from this place. Direction feels more honest, and there is space to recognize who you are becoming.
Tracy will be present throughout the breathwork, offering grounded support so you feel steady and held as you move through your experience.
We close with a final meditation integration, allowing everything to settle and land in the body.
This is a layered experience. Each part opens the next.
