Ripples is a new public art series along West 5th Ave between Fir Street and Pine Street in Vancouver. Join us for a tour led by the artist!
About this Event

The tour will run from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 25. Please meet at the pedestrian/bike path on Fir Street, between West 5th and 6th Avenue — right near the Mobi bike share rack.

About the project

Ripples consists of five consecutive billboards that examine the environmental impact of global trade and challenges how we see and understand information about our world.

The project is a collaboration between artist Sydney Hart, curator Christine D’Onofrio, researcher Gavin Fridell, and the Global Reporting Centre. It will be installed in early October as part of a City of Vancouver public art program along West 5th Avenue, between Fir and Pine St.
