We will guide you through practices and share tools for you to feel present and calm and provide an environment for you to give and receive while implementing healthy boundaries.
You will leave Ripple 5.0 feeling clear and deeply connected, supported and accepted, even if you arrive feeling stuck or misunderstood.
Becc and the Ripple team are trauma informed, meaning we understand the impacts of stress, past trauma and overwhelm and are highly trained with the tools to guide you back to presence and balance so that our experience together positively influences your journey of appreciation with yourself, your external world and with your relationships moving forward.
We are here to share this space with the utmost integrity and safety as well as to cheer you on into your highest frequency and empowerment!
