Community Constellation sessions are a chance to witness with love, the parts of us and our ancestors that are longing to find wholeness again. We come together using the medicine of somatic inquiry and family constellations and experience this wholeness together and the magic it reveals for our lives.
- I will offer experiential activities for each participant, as well as specific constellations for selected “Seekers", but everyone receives healing.
- Sessions are from 9:am to 12:pm at Kawana Island Meeting Place, next to the Green Zebra Restaurant.
-The space is surrounded by a sandy beach as well as a lovely park to hang out at for lunch if you'd like to stay and share a meal.

Why do we gather for Community Constellations ?
Unresolved traumas like war, abuse, early deaths, loss, divorce, immigration and even environmental catastrophes shape so many of the hidden and unconscious dynamics in our relational, familial, and internal landscapes.
Additionally you may notice feeling fractured, incomplete, like something is missing, or you are not fully yourself. That certain frustrating patterns and unhelpful beliefs and struggles seem to keep repeating and looping, and they may even go back generations, starting way before you.
Systemic Constellations help to reveal the hidden dynamics and wounds that need tending to so that you and your family system can heal and find wholeness.
Family and Systemic Constellations can help us with:
-Resourcing our bodies and beings with others.
-Integrating the parts of ourselves we have abandoned and forgotten.
-Knowing our belonging and remembering we are not alone.
-Facing and healing the hidden baggage we don’t even know we are carrying.
-Un-shaming our past and our pain so we can experience more wholeness.
-Creating order in our personal and family relationships.
-Understanding and resourcing challenging health issues.
-Harvesting ancestral gifts.
-Opening a path so LOVE can flow.
As we lovingly untangle these wounds and threads, we are able to re-write our stories, harness the good from our ancestry and find harmony within ourselves.
