We enjoy serving as a chess ambassador at the Ripon Library on Saturdays from 2 to 4 pm. Join us for this wonderful time of over the board chess. We typically give citrus treat or something for the players to eat in the patio in the front of the library. We are averaging 6 to 8 or more players. We hope to eventually have on display a 3-D printed chess set with the initials RCC on display from a friend. Hope you can come see it when it is completed, but why wait? Come and join in the fun. RSVP to 209 284 7676 so we can set up boards and setting for the Ripon Community Chess Club. Learn to play, and enjoy good sportsmanship. The Library has a reading program for prizes as well! event is free to all ages.
