Ring in the New Year with Sound Healing ✨
Welcome 2026 with a deeply relaxing sound bath to help you release the past and step into fresh beginnings. Guests will be welcomed with warm apple cider before settling into a restorative sound journey.
Gentle, resonant tones will guide you into reflection, intention, and renewal. Lindsey will have an array of healing instruments to play such as gong, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, chimes, native flute, vocals, handpan and more! We’ll close with a brief moment of community connection at the end—an opportunity to ground, share presence, and welcome the year ahead together.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or blanket to lay on
• Blanket to cover your body
• Pillow and anything else to create a comfortable nest for the sound bath
• Water bottle
• Eye pillow (optional)
• Warm layers or cozy clothing to stay comfortable throughout the experience
About Lindsey Kraten:
Practicing sound healing since 2017, Lindsey is a graduate of the Music, Voice, and Sound Healing certification program at CIIS in San Francisco. Her sound bath experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and mindful awareness. With a focus on presence and intentional sound, her sessions invite participants to slow down, let go, and experience the subtle yet profound effects of vibrational healing in a supportive, welcoming environment.
