is the co-founder and CEO at Dott, which he created in August 2018 with the vision to become a leader in micro-mobility in Europe. As of January 2024, Tier &Dott, two leading European scooter- and bike-sharing services, have merged together.

Prior to founding Dott, Henri was the Head of Business Europe at Ofo and previously led Mobile Business Development at Uber for EMEA. Henri spent 6 years with Facebook, where he led mobile partnerships across the world and helped Facebook grow from just a few mobile users to almost a billion.

Previously, he led eBay mobile and was co-founder and CTO of iBazar, an e-commerce marketplace in Europe and South America, acquired by eBay.

Henri is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure and holds a Phd in Computer Science from Télécom ParisTech.
