Move better and become stronger and more powerful rider with the FPT gym training. Gym classes are for all levels, fitness capabilities and for ages 13 years and up.
Strength, conditioning, mobility, power, gymnastics style training are all part of the types of training we cover in these sessions. Classes are set in a friendly environment, where riders across the board and mix and mingle and workout in a fun and rewarding environment.
Gym classes workouts change up week to week, and over the year, the training modalities change from strength focused workouts to power and conditioning during the season changes to optimise performance and development.
Without the gym training, the development simply will not be there for faster paddling and pop ups, better balance, coordination and dynamic moments required in the sports.
