Join us next Saturday March 7th at 1pm at the Parish Kitchen in Covington for a very special ride. In collaboration with Pickett's Corner we are leading a casual “Ride a Mile in My Shoes” through Covington and Newport (“RAIN OR SHINE”). This will follow the Pickett’s Corner bicycle distributions which start at 10:30am and end at 12:30pm.
The ride will start and end at Parish Kitchen, 1561 Madison Ave., on the 16th St. side.
On this particular ride, we will point out a number of social services agencies and resources available to our community. This ride will average approximately 10 mph, covering roughly 12 miles , and conclude by 2:00 or 2:30. An optional social hour may follow.
