Blues, boogie woogie, ballads and classic New Orleans jazz and R&B all come from the hands and heart of Cincinnati, Ohio pianist Ricky Nye. Inducted into the International Boogie Woogie Hall Of Fame in 2013, Ricky has been the recipient of numerous awards given by CityBeat Magazine and The Cincinnati Enquirer throughout the years. The driving force behind the annual Blues & Boogie Piano Summit held in Northern Kentucky from 1999-2017 and reinstated in 2025, Ricky regularly performs his infectious blend of American roots music at concerts and clubs throughout the U.S. and has maintained a career in Europe and the U.K. for over twenty five years.
