Rich in Flava: An Afro-Diaspora Cooking Course

Rich in Flava is an 11-week, Afro-American inspired cooking course rooted in culture, confidence, and community. This hands-on series is designed to help participants build foundational cooking skills, explore flavor with intention, and make classic dishes their own all while cooking alongside others in a welcoming, music-filled space.

Each session focuses on approachable techniques, practical kitchen knowledge, and flavor development that you can take home and use right away. Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to deepen your relationship with food, Rich in Flava emphasizes learning by doing, sharing stories, and growing confidence over perfection.
