Pre-order for one of our amazing whole briskets to reheat and serve for your table for Thanksgiving this year. Below our a list of our FAQ's about this event. Please note: THIS TICKET IS ONLY A PLACEHOLDER FOR YOUR BRISKET AND THE PRICE OF THIS TICKET WILL GO TOWARDS THE END TOTAL. EACH BRISKET WEIGHS DIFFERENT AND WE WILL BE SELLING THEM BY THE POUND.
- PICK UP IS AT OUR MAPLE VILLAGE LOCATION AT 245 N. MAPLE RD
- PICKUP TIME IS WEDNESDAY, 11/27/2025, 11AM-2PM
- BRISKETS WILL BE SOLD BY THE POUND AT $32/POUND
- ALL BRISKETS WILL BE CHILLED AND NEED BETWEEN 3-4 HOURS OF REHEATING AND REST TIME
- ALL BRISKETS WILL COME WITH A JAR OF OUR PINEAPPLE BARBECUE SAUCE
- BRISKET SIZES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, SO IF YOU NEED A LARGER OR SMALLER ONE IT IS BEST TO COME AS CLOSE TO 11 AS POSSIBLE
- EACH BRISKET USUALLY WEIGHS ROUGHLY 6-8 POUNDS AND WILL FEED 15-20 PEOPLE
