The Rice Military annual Easter Egg Hunt is set for April 19, 2025 from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Nellie Keyes Park.The first egg hunt will start precisely at 9:30 AM. This year we’re going to attempt a second, smaller egg hunt for anyone who missed the first and/or just wants to go again.
After the egg hunt there will be a raffle, facepainting, and crafts to enjoy! There will also be an Easter-themed photo station (bring your own camera).
To participate, please donate 10-12 stuffed eggs (min.) per child at one of our egg drop off locations listed below. We’ll be collecting stuffed and taped eggs from April 7th through April 18th at the following addresses:
1) 407 Reinicke St
2) 5206 Rose Street
3) 5502 Blossom Street
4) 5313A Lillian St.
Too busy to stuff eggs? We got you covered. You can Venmo $20 to @RiceMilitaryCC.
We will have a 0-2 year old section and a 2+ section. If your eggs are meant for one section only, please label them as such.
Eggs should be pre-filled with individually wrapped sweets, toys, or other pre-packaged goods. Each parent is responsible for checking the contents of their kids’ collected eggs on the day of the event.
Please send me a PM if you would like to volunteer for setup before (setup will start at 8:00 AM) or cleanup after the event.
