Join us as Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum officially kicks off its 100th Anniversary Celebration with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by the Northern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce on Friday, April 4 at 1:00 PM.This special event will commemorate a century of preserving and sharing Pennsylvania’s rich agricultural and cultural heritage. Since its founding in 1925 by brothers Henry and George Landis, Landis Valley has grown into a nationally recognized living history museum, dedicated to interpreting the lives and traditions of the Pennsylvania German community.
Local leaders, community members, and supporters will gather for this milestone celebration to honor Landis Valley’s legacy and look forward to an exciting future. Attendees will enjoy brief remarks from museum leadership and dignitaries and a chance to explore the museum grounds after the ceremony.
This event is free and open to the public. We invite our neighbors, partners, and visitors to celebrate 100 years of history, community, and education at Landis Valley — and to be part of the journey as we continue our mission into the next century.
