RIBA YAPF- Building Tour Series Sunderland Regeneration.

Join the RIBA North East YAPF group alongside Sunderland Council, MawsonKerr and RICS Matrics for a collaborative, detailed look at one of the UK’s best examples of regenerative architecture.

The event will comprise of an introductory session, several walking tours across key sites followed by food and drinks (indicative itinerary below):

• Assembly

• Introductory Session (at City Hall)

• Culture House Tour

• Vaux Housing Tour (led by MawsonKerr)

• Riverside Walk (+ Keel Crossing)

• Food and Drinks – at the HICSA

There will be ample opportunity to pick the brains of key figures involved in all stages of the development of these crucial players within Sunderland’s masterplan.
