Kick off the 2024 Memorial Day Weekend at Rib King NYC, nominated for ‘Best of the Fests’ in 8it’s 2023 Pop-Up Awards. On May 25, 2024, Food Karma Projects and NYC BBQ bring together the best metro-area restaurants, BBQ chefs, and beverage producers to present an all-access, supercharged backyard BBQ at Industry City in Brooklyn.
Chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and rising star BBQ chefs from across the region celebrate summer’s bounty and lay out a smorgasbord of ribs for everyone, from the youngest BBQ fans to veteran obsessives.
