On this special day at Bodhi Studio, we will begin by opening the space together, arriving into the body and setting a shared intention for the day. We will then move into a grounding yoga practice with Cailin to soften, listen inward and awake the natural flow of energy and breath.After a moment of integration and feeling the presence of your body, we will gather to invite the heart opening medicine of cacao into our bodies. Cacao is optional of course, and this will be a circle of moving into deeper inner awareness.
The journey will then continue into a Conscious Connected Breathwork experience with Jean. A safely held container of music and breath to allow you to access layers of sensation, emotion, and insight from the Heart space. This practice offers space for transformation on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A space of remembrance and clarity where each person will move through their own unique inner landscape. There will be time for integration through writing, drawing or simply being in silence.
After nourishing ourselves with a shared lunch, we shift from inner exploration into embodied expression through ecstatic dance. Here, movement becomes a language of integration — a way to let the body lead, to express, celebrate, and ground what has been uncovered throughout the day.
We close in circle, allowing time for reflection, connection, and gentle integration, supporting a smooth transition back into everyday life.
No previous experience with any of the practices is needed. Rhythms of Remembrance is an invitation to reconnect with your natural rhythms, to listen deeply, and to remember your place in this universe.

We will be serving a hearty vegetarian lunch. Please let us know if you are vegan or have any dietary requirements.

Jean is a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Facilitator & Trainer, offering individual and group sessions in a safely held space. He is passionate about introducing people to the power of Breathwork for physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological wellbeing, while being a keen explorer of modalities that further these dimensions of living.
He is driven by a passion for healing, change, growth and remembrance of who we are, while being inspired by the overlap between spirituality, neuroscience, transpersonal states.

The medicine of movement is deeply embedded within her. With 7 years of experience in the Yoga realm, Cailin guides you to explore your inner world through the layers of body and breath, emphasising intuitive movement and slow, grounded asana.
