Rhythms of Nature Sound Meditation

Come join us for a soothing meditation where we will immerse ourselves in this unique sound bath experience. As you relax to the biorhythms from plants, the frequencies & vibrations from gongs, singing bowls and drums will resonate throughout your body. Connect to nature and let these sounds guide you to a state of deep meditation and inner peace.

This event will help you relax, unwind, and connect with nature whilst indoors.

The meditation will last around 45mins followed by some reflection time with a selection of herbal tea's for refreshments.

We'll have mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own
