Rhythms of Nature Sound Meditation

Come join us for a soothing meditative experience where we will immerse ourselves in the calming sounds of nature & rhythm. This event will help you relax, unwind, and connect with nature whilst indoors. Let our rhythms guide you to a state of deep meditation and inner peace. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to let go of stress.

The meditation will last around 45mins followed by some reflection time with a selection of herbal tea's for refreshments.

We'll have mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own
