Welcome to the first Rhythmic event of the year! Rhythmic Somatic Dance - Unleash.
We’re rebranding from Ecstatic Dance to Somatic Dance to better reflect the intentions of our sessions: body-led movement, nervous system regulation and conscious somatic release.
We invite you to move freely, express authentically and playfully, and connect with yourself and the community around you. Each session includes intention setting, guided movement and space for organic dance (at your own pace). This supports release, stress reduction, and strengthens mind-body connection. Rooted in research, somatic movement helps regulate the nervous system and release stored tension, enhances self awareness and promotes lasting wellbeing.

This february we invite, Damien Hicks as our facilitator and space holder, in collaboration with debutant DJ FJ Sol (aka Fernando) bringing an afro inspired, melodic, techno set!
In combination this will be a nourishing event, allowing you to leave feeling lighter and motivated!!
