Hello Rhythmic Communuty,
Welcome back to our next event before the summer sun kicks in....

Rhythmic Abundance.
On this theme, we are ready to awaken to abundance, from potential to expression, and from inner preparation to outer aliveness!
Here our Activation circle will be in full power, as we will feel into the seeds planted over winter and spring, expanding into greatness.
With co-facilitator Cadia Belante (following a Cacao Celebration); we will be guided through an embodied slow flow practice, priming our physical and emotional bodies to stimulate abundance and vitality before we soar into the Ecstatic Dance lead by DJ Lenny Lens.
As Deep Remedy record label and Rhythmic founder; expect exclusive original music, an array of different tempos and genres, uplifting soundscapes and driving basslines. To invigorate the senses as we let go, energize and let our bodies lead the way.
Whether you stretch, dance, or simply stand still in presence; this is a sacred space to explore your own body’s needs.
There is no right or wrong way to do this - Just be yourself in this safe space, connect with the community, and enjoy being playful, expressing yourself through movement and dance.
