Rhythm for Brain Fitness – Level I: Discovery, Session A

Over six Thursday afternoons, you'll build foundational rhythm skills using rhythm sticks and a clear visual system — no music reading required. Each week builds on the last, culminating in a final group rhythm achievement.

4. Rhythm Surfaces
5. The Rhythm Grid
6. Unlocking the Mystery Rhythm

• 45–60 minutes per session, seated and low-impact
• All materials provided
