Rhythm & Ryde is an Afro-inspired spin experience curated in collaboration with Faajee Social.
It's more than just a workout class, Rhythm & Ryde is designed to create a space where music, movement, culture, and community come together. Powered by high-energy Afro sounds ranging from Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro-house, and global rhythms. The experience transforms a spin session into an immersive social and wellness experience.
The goal of Rhythm & Ryde is to build an active and connected community by encouraging people to move with intention, meet new people, and experience fitness in a more engaging and culturally vibrant way. Whether you’re an experienced rider or trying spin for the first time, the class is designed to be welcoming, energetic, and community-driven.
As a beta class, this first edition serves as the foundation for a growing series of experiences that blend wellness, music, and social connection into one atmosphere. Expect curated Afro-inspired playlists, motivating instructors, vibrant energy, and an environment that pushes both physical endurance and positive connection.
