Lately I’ve been noticing how many of us are feeling stretched, busy, or a little disconnected from our Self. Life moves quickly, and it can be hard to find space to pause.That’s part of why we created Rhythm & Restore Yoga Retreat, a 3-night experience just outside Bathurst from Thursday 16th - Sunday 19th of April.
The intention is simple — to create space for people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and tune in to their body, mind and heart.
This retreat is something special for our region. We’re bringing together Central West practitioners and local talent — nourishing organic meals prepared by a local Ayurvedic caterer and produce, a heavenly music therapy sound bath, and grounding morning/evening yoga practices designed to help you truly unwind.
Over the weekend there will be space for movement, music, meaningful conversation, and quiet moments in nature.
It’s held in a peaceful countryside setting just outside town, but you will feel a world away. Solo guests, couples, friends, and family are all very welcome to enjoy our private ensuite guest rooms.
Just like nature moves through cycles of activity and rest, we also need moments to pause, restore, and reconnect.
We’ve kept the retreat intentionally small and intimate, with limited spaces available.
