Rhythm & Release: A Therapeutic Dance Camp for Teen Girls (Ages 14–18)

Rhythm & Release is a 5-day therapeutic dance camp designed specifically for girls ages 14–18. This unique experience blends movement, creativity, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support emotional expression, confidence, and self-awareness.
Participants will be guided through therapeutic dance interventions in addition to psychological interventions as a way to explore emotions, build self-esteem, and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others.
This is more than dance—it’s a healing and empowering experience.
