International Overdose Awareness Day brings together individuals and families who have been impacted by overdose. It is a special time for remembrance without stigma and to acknowledge family, friends and survivors. Our 5K Walk Run is a victory lap for everyone. There will be healing spaces, spoken words / tributes, community resources and so much more.
Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Rhythm and Soles 5K Walk/Run!
This is not your typical 5K event- you will enjoy stunning views of Milwaukee’s Lake Front while jamming out to great music and indulging in free food. Plus, there will be plenty of vendors on site to check out.

PARTICIPATION
Participants will receive:
- Race day T-Shirt
- Race Bib
- Free Food and Beverage
- Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers
- A day at the lake front
- Kids' Corner (parent / adult must be present at all times)
- Entertainment - DJ, Vendors and Community Services
Water Stations
- Temperatures are usually hot and sunny. There will be several water stations on the race course. However, it is very important for all participants to be hydrated. Please feel free to bring your own hydrations along with you.
