Volunteer with Rhode Island Clean Energy Week, Panel Day, May 7, 2026

This is not your average volunteer shift. Panel Day is the centerpiece of Rhode Island Clean Energy Week, and we need a small, dedicated team to help us pull it off behind the scenes.
On May 7th, CIC Providence becomes the hub of clean energy conversation in New England. Eight expert panels, four innovation showcases, and a free professional resume station will all be running under one roof, drawing leaders from government, industry, labor, and academia from across the region.
As a volunteer, you will be right in the middle of it. Whether you are welcoming guests at registration, coordinating with speakers and dignitaries, supporting the day of logistics, or working with our production team on behind the scenes filming, you will walk away with real event experience and a room full of connections that could genuinely change the direction of your career.
What you get as a volunteer
Breakfast and lunch provided. A free RICEW tshirt. Direct access to clean energy professionals, policymakers, and innovators from across New England. Academic credit hours available upon request. The kind of behind the scenes experience that looks great on a resume and feels even better in person.
