ACTIVITIES
~ Food: POT-LUCK finger-foods style. Wood grills available for YOU to fire-up and watch. Patio has microwave, two-burner cooktop, and small air-fryer.
~ Dock. Swim (chilly), float, etc (spring-fed clear pond-lake; swimsuits suggested), few floaties avail., 2 small boats and kayak available.
~ Relax on luscious new hillside grass overlooking our pond-lake.
~ Hike our 1.3 mile 4x4 road through 80 acres of huge oaks and walnuts, rolling hills, rock-bed creeks, shallow wide stream.
~ NEW roughed-in game building with pool table & ping-pong.
~ Dance with outdoor music (playlists welcomed)
~ Bocce ball. Croquet. Frisbee. Mexican Train (Dominoes). Etc.
~ Fish. Huge bass, blue gill. BYO gear.
~ (chickens, ducks, & geese penned up).
