So many women struggle with self-perception — feeling not enough, too much, too flawed, or never quite measuring up. But these feelings don’t come from nowhere. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how self-image is shaped long before we ever look in a mirror. Using attachment theory and a therapeutic lens, we’ll look at how early family messages, emotional experiences, and relationship patterns influence the way we view our bodies, our worth, and our place in the world.
This workshop includes:
Insight into the emotional roots of self-perception
Guided journaling and reflection
An expressive art exercise (“The Two Mirrors”)
Small group discussion and connection
Tools for developing a more compassionate inner voice
Participants will leave with greater self-understanding, language for their inner patterns, and the beginning of a new, kinder relationship with themselves.
This is a space for depth, growth, and real empowerment — not surface-level positivity.
