Do you have an armchair you love that needs repair? Now is the time to restore that family heirloom that the buttons have been picked off and springs are sagging. Join us Saturday and Sunday 11am - 3.30pm for our furniture upholstery workshop! In this workshop you'll be led through the steps of replacing or recovering a medium sized furniture item, like an armchair, not a long couch. Participants will need to bring their own fabric, we recommend giving yourself time to source before the workshop, especially if looking second hand. We will provide the rest of the tools and materials for your repair.
Youโll learn practical upholstery skills while recovering your chair in a supportive group. Whether youโre a total beginner or just keen to get creating again, this is a welcoming space to learn, create, and be inspired with like minded folks.
