Meet Catherine Harman

I'm a wife, mother of two fabulous grown-up children, an author, and subconscious rewiring coach. I am truly happy and fulfilled.

I wasn’t always like this.

Though I tried really hard to look like I was coping, inside I was a mess...and so were my health and my marriage.

Nothing helped until I learned to understand my feelings and where they came from...and suddenly and simply I was the happiest and healthiest I’d ever been and my marriage went from being really shaky to absolutely amazing!

Now I know exactly how to stop overthinking and all its repercussions, I am on a mission to share that with as many people as possible.

You really can be truly happy too!
