We’ll explore the four attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, disorganized, and secure) and be prompted to start identifying your own patterns: the ones that shape how you give, receive, and ask for love.
Through open discussion, guided prompts, and interactive exercises, you’ll gain tools to:
- Recognize what your nervous system needs in relationship
- Communicate your feelings and boundaries without conflict
- Create emotional safety for yourself and others
- Build deeper, healthier, and more conscious connections — starting with you
