Drawing on her experience helping build an engineering firm recognized twice among the Top 10 Best Workplaces™ in Canada, Hilda shares the leadership philosophy behind the REVUP Framework and the lessons captured in her new book.
A special moment during the celebration will honour Jean Lumb, the pioneering community leader whose values and example helped shape Hilda’s leadership journey. A cheque presentation will be made to Arlene Chan and the Jean Lumb Foundation in recognition of her lasting legacy.
