Spring is not a demand to bloom. It is permission to begin again - slowly, truthfully, and in your own way. This half-day structured gathering creates space to integrate what has ended and choose what wants to grow next—without pressure, forcing, or performance.

What You’ll Experience:
Grounded Arrival & Opening Circle:
We begin by slowing down and arriving together. Through a simple opening ritual and guided reflection, participants are invited to acknowledge what has ended, honor the wisdom gained, and name what is quietly emerging this spring.
Gentle Spring Yoga: Awakening Without Forcing
This accessible yoga practice supports the body’s natural desire to move again - without strain or urgency. Guided by breath and choice, the practice emphasizes listening, fluidity, and respect for your own timing.
All levels welcome.
Experiential Exercises using Psychodrama: Choosing What Grows
The heart of REVIVE is a gentle, symbolic experiential process rooted in psychodrama. Through guided imagery, ritual, and optional role exploration, participants are supported to:
- Lay down what no longer belongs to this season
- Honor the wisdom being carried forward
- Name one way of being, creating, or relating that is ready to emerge - then step into this experientially
This work is reflective, empowering, and deeply respectful, no performance is required.
Sound Healing for Integration & Peace
Participants are guided into a restorative sound healing journey using bowls, chimes, and grounding tones. This portion supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spaciousness—creating the inner peace that new growth requires.
Closing Circle & Integration
We close with quiet reflection, optional sharing, and a grounding blessing, supporting you to carry your insight gently into daily life.
