Event Overview: Join us for a rejuvenating morning dedicated to creating space in your mind and body. This event is designed to help you declutter, find balance, and recharge through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections. Enjoy workshops, fitness sessions, and a unique clothes swap experience, all while embracing a supportive community of like-minded women.Ticket Pricing:
Early Bird: $10 (Available until December 31st)
General Admission (Jan 1-10th): $15
At the Door: $20 (cash, Venmo, etc.)
First 20 tickets sold will receive a special Clothes Swap Swag Bag—a fun and practical way to kickstart the decluttering process!
Event Flow: 7:45-12 PM
7:45-9:00 AM: Sunrise Women's Wellness Circle (Limited Spots, Pre-Registration Required)
Start your morning with a deeply intentional and grounding experience in our *Sunrise Wellness Circle. This exclusive session is regularly $30 but offered at half price ($15) for event attendees. Current Hippo Members are free.
*Pre-registration is required by Thursday, January 9th, as spaces are limited. Registered participants will receive additional details and preparatory information to make the most of this transformative session. *Reserve your spot early to secure your place and set the tone for the rest of the event! General Admission:
9:00-9:45 AM: Check-In + Sorting
Drop off your swap items, grab some coffee, and connect with other attendees.
9:15-10:30 AM: Breakout Sessions (Choose 1, 2 or opt to curate your own experience on our campus while you wait for the Swap)
Session 1 (9:15-9:45)
Session 2 (10:00-10:30)
Breakout options include:
HIIT Boxing + Release: A combination of invigorating movement, mindful breathwork, and centering techniques for all fitness levels. (Bring boxing gloves if you have them, but no problem if you don't)
Butts + Guts Workout: Targeted core and glute exercises to energize your day. (bring a yoga mat. loaner mats are limited and will be on first come, first serve basis)
Community Sauna + Cold Plunge: Refresh and rejuvenate with this grounding practice. (Make sure to pack a bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, if needed and be sure to sign our waiver + etiquette guidelines prior to plunging + sauna)
Trail Exploration: Enjoy a peaceful nature walk or run on our scenic campus.
Gentle Yoga +Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation through soothing sound frequencies with Carolyn, owner of Cosmic Egg Wellness.
Home Organization Workshop: Learn practical tips for decluttering your space with Hannah Antonson, owner of Organize for Health.
Restorative Wellness: Explore healing and other restorative practices with our Wellness Partner: Restore Hyper Wellness- Round Rock.
10:45-12:00 PM: Clothes Swap Time
Bring in what you can and take home what you love! (Fairness policy: Bring 5 items, take 5; bring 10, take 10, etc.)
Other Features:
Shared workspace + lounge with music and chill vibes throughout the morning.
Explore local tallow-based products and other wellness goods
Indoor heated container, bonfire and blankets to keep you cozy while you're here!

How does the swap work? You can take as many items as you bring to ensure fairness and availability for everyone.
How is inventory managed? Our team will monitor contributions during check-in and ensure all participants have access to great finds.
This is a rain-or-shine event, and we are committed to ensuring a great experience for everyone. In the rare case of dangerous weather, we will not issue refunds; however, we’re happy to offer you a credit that can be applied to any future Hippo Social Club Wellness event.
