About this Event
Our second annual Black History Month event at Revolution will be extra-special this year as we are partnering with Buffalo Pro Fit for our ticketed event, featuring an exclusive, 60-minute workout starting at 11:30AM on Saturday, February 21st. Rev's Ariana Bridges will coach you through a high-energy, 30-minute Cycle workout, while Erik Prophet of Buffalo Pro Fit will lead you through a 30-minute high-intensity strengh workout in the Lab. All levels welcome. Additionally, the studio we will have guests from black owned businesses selling their products all morning long.
Tickets for the class are $30 with proceeds donated to Rooted in Love, Inc. - a non-profit in WNY that provides fresh produce, non-perishible food items, and hygeine items to the homeless, impovershed, and those in need .
Please email us at [email protected] if you have a preference of starting in the Cycle studio or Lab. We will do our best to accomade those requests. Our spin bikes are SPD and Delta clip compatible. (If you do not have spin shoes, we have rentals for the event, free of charge.) We can't wait to see you there!
