Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at its fourth annual MLK day event on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026.The event’s theme, "The Sounds of a Movement," will explore Dr. King's enduring message of justice and equality through the powerful stories and voices of those who propelled the civil rights movement forward. The event will honor Dr. King's vision and the unsung heroes who shaped the fight for freedom through song.
Among this year’s presentations, Calvary Baptist Church is excited to present music from a phenomenal lineup, including:
- Elder Terrence Haynes & Voices of Praise (Springfield, MA)
- Joseph Borsellino, acclaimed, award-winning composer and saxophonist.
This event honors Dr. King's legacy and raises funds for Calvary Baptist Church's scholarship program and outreach initiatives..
