We are delighted to invite you back to celebrate your INSEAD reunion on Friday, 5 July & Saturday, 6 July 2024!

For the health and safety of all attendees, as well as students, faculty and staff, only registered attendees will be allowed to access campus during the reunion days.

Reunion Ticket Package

The Reunion Ticket Package provides access to all scheduled on-campus activities on Friday and Saturday, including the Friday evening welcome cocktail, the lunch, coffee breaks, and snacks throughout the program. Additionally, it also covers Saturday's dinner and dancing festivities. The Reunion Ticket Package does not include the Costume Party (you will receive a separate email when the Costume Party tickets are available for purchase). Partners, guests and other accompanying family members (16 years and older) should also register for the Reunion Ticket Package.

• Reunion Ticket Package : €165 TTC
• Children's Ticket (for children ages 3 to 15): €84 TTC

All other attendees, including partners and older children (ages 16 and up) joining for the Friday Welcome cocktail or other activities, must register for the Reunion Ticket Package: €165 TTC.

In order to provide a quality reunion experience for all attendees, INSEAD will apply the following refund policy to reunion registration fees:

• 50% refund until 31 May 2024, inclusive
• 25% refund from 1 June to 26 June 2024
• No refund possible after 26 June 2024

All attendees are encouraged to subscribe to personal travel insurance.
