Returning to the Light: A Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey
In Partnership with The Lora Hotel & Event Center — Historic Downtown Stillwater
As the darkest days of the year draw near, we gather in sacred ceremony to honor the Winter Solstice — the ancient turning point between darkness and light.
This season invites us inward — to slow down, soften, and remember that even in the quiet stillness of winter, the light within is quietly reawakening.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart medicine that opens the pathways of connection — to self, to others, and to the rhythms of the Earth. As its warmth moves through the body, you’ll be guided through a Solstice Meditation— an inner journey of stillness, release, and renewal.
The experience deepens with a live sound bath, where crystalline tones and grounding frequencies weave through the space to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. The sound will carry you beyond thought — into presence, peace, and radiant light.
Come sip in ceremony, rest in resonance, and rise renewed in your own illumination.
