Returning to Still Waters is a collaborative arts event created especially for military members and their spouses. This restorative gathering invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate inner calm through mindfulness‑based arts activities, a soothing sound bath, and gentle restorative yoga. Together, we’ll explore how creativity, breath, and shared community can help us unwind from daily stresses and rediscover a sense of grounding and peace. Whether you’re seeking reflection, relaxation, or simply a moment to exhale, this event offers a nurturing space to recharge and restore.
This event is accessible to most as the restorative yoga will have a single session on the mat with other activities being chair accessible. Please reach out if any additional accommodations are needed.
