Harbourside South set to Host “Returning Home” Exhibition Celebrating Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence AnniversaryFrom the 10th to 23rd September 2025, Harbourside South will proudly host “Returning Home”, a landmark exhibition commemorating Papua New Guinea’s Golden Jubilee. This special event marks 50 years of independence and brings together the works of five contemporary PNG artists based in Australia, each exploring themes of heritage, identity, and resilience through powerful visual storytelling.
In addition to the exhibition, a dynamic week of workshops, artist talks, and networking events will encourage cultural dialogue and creative exchange, offering a platform for community engagement and artistic collaboration.
