About this Event
what to expect:
arriving + grounding
you’ll be invited to settle in, get comfortable, and drop into the space. we’ll begin with a brief introduction to the practice, and you’ll be guided through the breath pattern with support for navigating any emotions or sensations that may arise.
active breath
the core of our time together, about 30 minutes of conscious, circular breathing accompanied by music and gentle guidance. this is where the journey unfolds, moving energy, softening tension, releasing emotion, or simply being. each experience is unique, and all are welcome.
integration
after the active breath, we’ll rest in stillness for integration, allowing your body and nervous system to settle. you’ll have space to reflect, journal, or simply be.
stay + savor (optional)
to close our time, we’ll gather for light snacks and tea, a chance to continue integrating, connect in community, or enjoy the stillness of what’s been stirred.
no experience needed; come as you are.

yoga mat (essential)
water
optional, for added comfort
blanket (temperatures can shift as the breath is activated)
small pillow or bolster
eye mask (for deeper inward focus)
journal
small memento (something comforting or meaningful to you)
important note:
while breathwork is a beautiful and healing modality, this experience may not be suitable for those who:
-are pregnant
-have a history of seizures or epilepsy
-have significant cardiovascular concerns
are recovering from recent major surgery or physical trauma
-are navigating schizophrenia or bipolar disorder that is not currently stabilized with support
