About this Event

Return to the Body: Breathwork & Heart Circle

Life can sometimes pull us away from our bodies, leaving us feeling numb, disconnected, or out of sync with our own aliveness. Return to the Body is a sanctuary to return to your senses, reconnect with your internal rhythm, and awaken the vitality that lives within. Breathwork invites you to step out of autopilot and into presence, where body, heart, and mind can align.

This immersive event weaves together open circle sharing, rose heart medicine, guided breathwork, journaling, and reflection—creating a space to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. Through the rhythmic power of breath, we release stagnant energies, process emotions, and invite clarity, renewal, and a deep sense of aliveness.

As the circle unfolds, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Explore and release tension held in the body and mind
  • Process stuck emotions in the body
  • Connect with your intuition and inner guidance
  • Cultivate grounding, presence, and vitality
  • Share and receive in a supportive, heart-centered community

No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required. This circle is open to all levels—what matters is your willingness to show up and connect with yourself.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat and pillow - so that you are comfortable lying on the floor for the event
  • Blanket & pillow/eye cover – for comfort and warmth
  • Notebook & pen – for journaling and reflection after breathwork
  • Water bottle – to stay hydrated
  • Layered clothing – to adjust to shifts in body temperature during practice

Join us for this intentional journey back into your body, where presence, release, and heart-centered connection await.

Space is limited to have an intimate group for this event. We highly encourage you to get your ticket in advance! (Please note that all sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason.)

About the Facilitator:

Carolina Mello’s lifelong pursuit of knowledge and self-discovery began with a deep dive into existentialism during her adolescence and has evolved into an exploration of the profound interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in somatic healing through breathwork, mindfulness, Eastern philosophy, spirituality, and herbalism, and is a certified breathwork healer, somatic movement instructor, yoga teacher, and herbalist, having trained extensively under esteemed master healers. She has been a devoted student of Buddhism for over 25 years and studies the Way of Tea, integrating these practices into her healing work.

Her approach blends ancient healing traditions with modern somatic science, rooted in the understanding that the breath is a powerful bridge between the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Breathwork, regarded across cultures as the essence of life force—chi or prana—serves as a gateway to self-discovery and holistic healing. Through her guidance, individuals connect deeply with their internal landscape, releasing stored tensions, regulating the nervous system, and fostering clarity, creativity, and emotional resilience.

Before dedicating herself to healing, Carolina spent years in the fast-paced corporate world, witnessing firsthand the toll of unprocessed stress on both herself and others. That experience, combined with her extensive training, informs her ability to create safe, attuned spaces where healing, presence, and transformation can emerge. In her private practice, she supports clients through 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and retreats, and has led wellness programs for organizations including 500 Global, Alberta Innovates, and 500 Korea—guiding participants through breath-centered practices that nurture resilience and clarity during periods of personal and professional transition.
