About this Event
Experience pure rest and relaxation in this carefully curated afternoon of slow and mindful movement, breathwork and connection as we embrace the beginning of the Winter Season. With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we can feel overwhelmed and exhausted. The winter season is naturally a time to slow down, turn inward and preserve your energy. In this 2 hour mini-retreat, allow yourself to take a pause and break from the chaos. Let yourself sink in to an environment where you can rest your body and your mind in a cozy and comfortable setting. No previous experience required. All are welcome!

The class will consist of:
- Guided Meditation
- Slow and Restorative Yoga
- Seasonal Breathwork
- Journaling
- Oracle cards options for those interested
- Tea and warm drinks
- A little take home gift for you!

Daniella (She/her), co-founder of Create Space Wellness, is an experienced trauma informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness teacher. She loves to create environments that give people the chance to fully rest and slow down in a safe and supportive environment.
